Gus Raymond is a consultant and professional speaker with over seven years of experience in education and consultation work in the field of justice, equity, inclusion & belonging, focusing  on immigrant/refugee and LGBTQ+ populations. He is a recognized community leader and public speaker with expertise in advocacy, LGBTQ+ rights issues, cultural awareness,  mentorship, substance use awareness, and clinical and educational strategies for building inclusion and belonging for underserved and never served populations. He is a nationally certified counselor and a certified substance use disorder counselor in the state of Iowa. He currently offers coaching and consultation through his independent business, A. Raymond Consulting, LLC.
