  • The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention joins forces with LEGAL ONE and Rutgers University to launch “Signs Matter: Early Detection,” an online training program for educators about suicide prevention.   • NIDA awards high school senior Glenn Yu with a first place Addiction Science Award for his project titled “Naturalistic Painkillers: Design, Synthesis, and Biological Evaluation of Novel Fatty Acid Binding Protein Inhibitors.” His project involves building a safer and more effective painkiller without the side effect of addiction.
