Jia Chen

Jia Chen is a Governmental Affairs Associate with the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). She joined CCAPP in 2021, shortly after graduating from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. At CCAPP, she works in behavioral health policy, advancing legislative measures that support evidence-based treatment, recovery services, and harm reduction.
