U.S. Journal Training concluded a busy conference season and year on November 7-9 in Delray Beach, Florida. Over 300 addictions and mental health professionals joined sponsors and exhibitors to see and hear such nationally known speakers as Joan Borysenko (Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Science), Don Meichenbaum (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Ralph E. Carson (The Brain Fix), Rokelle Lerner (Narcissistic Wounds), Bill O’Hanlon (Solution-Oriented Approach to Change), Pat DeChello (Understanding and Treating Trauma), Reid Wilson (Anxiety Disorders), Judy Crane (The Soul Wound), and Counselor editor Robert Ackerman (Gender Differences).
On to 2014 and another jam-packed conference schedule offering the best in professional training!
The new year kicks off with the 35th Annual Training Institute on Behavioral Health and Addictive Disorders at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort in Florida. Following that will be the 6th Annual Counseling Advances Conference, on Co-Occurring Disorders, which will be held May 19-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The first of two national conferences on adolescents and young adults will be held April 24-26 in Las Vegas, Nevada. A second conference will be scheduled in the fall on the east coast. Details will be announced shortly.
U.S. Journal Training is pleased to announce a new conference on trauma, addictions, and intimacy disorders held May 6-9 in Nashville, which will be co-hosted by The Ranch/Promises. Following that will be the 27th Annual Northwest Conference on Behavioral Health and Addictive Disorders, held May 28-30 in Bellevue/Seattle, Washington.
