U.S. Journal Training and Counselor magazine will present the 6th Western Conference on Behavioral Health and Addictive Disorders, October 28–30 in Newport Beach, CA at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa at Fashion Island.

 

The conference offers 26.5 credit hours for Continuing Education, including six hours of ethics training at a preconference workshop held on October 27.

A special evening presentation on October 29 will focus on “Marijuana: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.” An expert panel will discuss the costs and benefits of decriminalization of cannabis, including medical marijuana and legalization.
